Deming’s 14 Points

A good brief summary of Edwards Deming‘s (the grandfather of Lean) 14 principles of management. They were written a while back but much of them are still very relevant. A good reminder of what make good great!

“Eliminate management by objective. Eliminate management by numbers, numerical goals. Substitute leadership.” – a valuable lesson for engineers who is becoming a manager.
