Well Done! Good Job!

How often do we give praise to our colleagues? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? Yearly? When was the last time we give a pat on the back to the people we work with? For me, not often enough.

Praises promotes positivity and encouragement. It helps promote radiating possibility See Benjamin Zander. Some say, the most important job of a manager is to “catch it” when people do things well.

Starting today, I am going to:

  • Make an extra effort to acknowledge other people’s “Good Job” and take time to congratulate them.
  • Keep a blog of “Good Jobs!!” that I observed. And share it!
