Ken Stevens VP of Healthcare to participate in Interoperability panel at Apps for Health Conference

Ken Stevens, VP of Healthcare has been invited to speak on the All About Apps panel track with a focus on Interoperability. As co-chair of the ITAC Health Interoperability and Standards Committee, Ken helped shape the ITAC Health industry position on interoperability standards: ITAC Health Interoperability and Standards Committee (ISC) Position on Canadian Healthcare Interoperability Standards. On the panel, Ken will share his experiences integrating innovative apps into hospital systems and will present the ITAC Health positions.

Jane Philpott, Federal Minister of Health and Nathalie Le Prohon, VP of IBM Canada will be providing the conference keynotes. Concurrent panel session will highlight current and emerging trends in health, technology, medical education, and entrepreneurship. The seventh annual event is expected to draw over four hundred and fifty visitors. The Apps for Health conference is a great way for Canadian Healthcare IT leaders to come together to share their thoughts on how we can move digital health forward in the country.
