Domain Driven Design (DDD) is a wonderful toolset for managing the complexity inherent in large software applications living in rich domains. Strategic DDD is a subset of DDD that is often overlooked but can have a dramatic effect on the high level structure of an application as it grows. This talk, presented by Sean Kirby of Nulogy, will highlight the strategic parts of DDD and provide concrete examples of how they were applied to a large Ruby on Rails application.
