XPToronto: Lean & Agile – Making It Personal

The February XPToronto meeting will feature Laura Waite on Lean & Agile – Making it Personal.  This will be an interactive session which will start with a discussion on what makes working in a Lean & Agile way powerful: moving quickly from a valuable idea into gratifying reality. This will be followed by a coached workshop on applying that thinking to whatever endeavour you’re currently interested in – making it personal. You’ll walk away with the start of a plan of action and a series of great techniques for turning your idea into reality.

This will be an excellent session for both beginners and intermediate users of Lean & Agile. For practitioners, your assistance in the coached workshops will be invaluable.

Laura Waite is an international business productivity coach focused on organizational and cultural change, and on making the working world a better place, one step at a time. By using a fusion of powerful techniques, such as Lean and Agile, Laura will help you bring an idea into reality, quickly – unleashing the ability to move swiftly from spending money to making money – no matter what industry you’re a part of. As well as running her own businesses, she has coached enterprises of all sizes to improve their bottom line, including Fortune and FTSE 100 companies such as BT (British Telecom), BP (British Petroleum), Standard Life Investments, and the UK Government.
