Topic: Agile Product Management Workshop
Facilitator: Thanou (Deth) Thirakul
This workshop will give you an opportunity to write stories and organize them into a development plan for a real application.
Thanou is working on AgileHive, an open source development tool for developers. AgileHive takes the developer’s approach to what makes him or her productive and yet keeps management aware of progress. Several features are already available within AgileHive, such as a storyboard, story management repository, and activity recording centre. What additional features should be added to AgileHive before it can be put into production? What might a plan for adding those features look like? Working collaboratively in small groups you will write stories for new features for AgileHive and then estimate and organize them into a plan that can be presented to Thanou at the end of the meeting. This is not a contest, but instead will provide you with an opportunity to work on a real planning scenario while at the same time providing Thanou with product direction input.
