I’ve recently been searching for any information about Web usability from a functional standpoint and came across a site that may be of interest to others.
The website (www.classicsys.com) itself is ok; it’s more the links to other sources that have been helpful.
Their initial e-mail included links to a starter kit (which is really, really basic usability info) and a couple of articles.
I’ve included that for your viewing pleasure as well.
